Bosshardt Property Management understands the need for builders and developers to be involved with a management company from the early stages of a development. BPM will assist the builders and developers in preparing documents and restrictions, establishing state filing requirements, preparing budgets, opening banks accounts, proper bookkeeping and accounting, and billing and collection assessments once units are sold and closed.
It is important to have the Association up and running from the date of the first closing to avoid misunderstandings between the developer and the unit owners. Since the developer generally is both the Board of Directors and the builder, it is sometimes difficult to understand the roles of each. BPM will see to it that all protocols are met during the development stages.
