I have been with Bosshardt for over 11 years. During my time I have worked in several areas within the company. Bosshardt has given me the training and knowledge I need to help in my career. In 2007 I achieved my AA degree in accounting as well as my Community Association Management License. Being a part of the Bosshardt family I’ve had the opportunity to grow and branch out into different fields knowing I am part of a team. Bosshardt has become my family over the years and a huge part of who I am today. As a Community Association manager, I really enjoy working with Condominiums and the students here in Gainesville, as well as Homeowners Associations and commercial properties. Since becoming a Community Association Manager I have found life to be challenging, adventuress and rewarding. My plans are to stay with Bosshardt for many more years and continue growing as an individual, employee, and liaison to the company.

I am a Community Association Manager with Bosshardt Property Management and I have been with the Bosshardt for almost 10 years. I currently manage ten associations including commercial, condominiums and homeowners associations. What I enjoy the most about my job is the diversity of the communities and making each one a better place to live. I have lived in Gainesville for over thirty years and have attended both Santa Fe Community College and the University of Florida. I have spent most of my career in the construction industry with experience in carpentry, roofing, concrete and metal buildings. I changed careers to become a Realtor and my first year I achieved “Rookie of the Year”. Through continuing education I earned my GRI and CSP designations and helped many people find homes. I am most proud of my wife and seven children and I feel fortunate to have raised them in a great city like Gainesville.

I have been in the community association business for a little more than eight years. Starting out as a receptionist in a homeowners association with adjacent golf course and 675 homes in Marion County. I learned everything from accounting to sinkholes working myself up to head of operations and the assistant to the Community Association Manager. The work was so enjoyable I took the classes and obtained my CAM license in 2006 and have since managed both developer and homeowner run Condominium and Homeowners Associations in the Orlando and Melbourne Florida areas and now here in the Gainesville area.

Before moving to Citrus County, Florida in 1997, my family and I called Pennsylvania home. I am a proud Mom of five wonderful grown children and the five little ones that call me “Gigi”.

I started working for Bosshardt in November of 2005. Bringing with me many years of experience as a self-employed bookkeeper/tax preparer did not prepare me for all the quirks of community association management accounting. In fact, I learn something new almost every day. I enjoy the unpredictability and being a problem solver. On a personal note, I have varied interests to occupy my time away from work including camping, reading, writing, gardening and playing board games. Always the optimist I look forward to many more years of being a Bosshardt employee.
