We are committed to keeping you informed; as a service to our owners, we handle all rent collections and disbursements and pay mortgages as well as provide a detailed monthly owner’s statement listing rents collected, management fees, and any other expenses you may incur. Our commitment extends to providing you with a sense of security as well. To this end, we have implemented systems that ensure your ownership experience will be profitable, convenient, and free from risk. We screen every tenant’s rental and employment history, run a full credit check, and even run a criminal background check, eviction history and cross reference to ensure that a sexual predator does not become a tenant in your home. Your tenants will meet with our staff for a lease closing, where they will review and sign a lease prepared by an attorney. You can be assured that your tenants will have a full understanding of the rent payment policies and procedures, the maintenance for which they are responsible, and the maintenance, if any, for which you, the owner, are responsible. We want you to feel secure in the knowledge that our maintenance staff is on call twenty-four hours a day in the event that your property needs repairs or attention.
