I've been involved in the Family business most of my life. I've been in maintenance, landscaping, bookkeeping, administration, sales, and now management. No one employee or agent is more important then the anyone else. Though when it comes to serving our customers and clients the agents becomes the focal point and we must all do our best to support them. My goal is to ensure that our customer enjoy their experience and value the relationship they have with us both as professionals and community partners.

Ashley has over ten years of property management experience with apartment communities, condominiums, and single family residences. She joined the Bosshardt team in 2004 as a Realtor, transitioned to a Real Estate Sales Manager, and then to General Manager of the property management division.
Ashley been a resident of Gainesville since 1995, graduated from the University of Florida, and continues to attend Gator football games. She is a member of Grace United Methodist Church and enjoys snow skiing, horseback riding, and jazz music. Her favorite quote is “wrinkles only go where smiles have been” by Jimmy Buffett.

Garry Griffin joined the firm in 1989. During his tenure he has served as a Sales Associate, Marketing Director, and Sales Trainer. He presently serves as the Director of Association Management and oversees the operations of the company’s Community Association Division. He is also the Broker / Manager for the Ocala Branch office. Garry holds a Broker’s and Community Association Manager’s license. His many years in the industry with Bosshardt brings a level of experience and knowledge that’s offered to all our clients and customers.-

Jeanie joined Bosshardt in 1998 and works in the accounting division. She has over 23 years combined experience within Property Management.
Her hobbies are hunting, fishing, crafting, gardening and decorating and of course spending time with her family including her grandson (Logan).

Paula joined the Bosshardt team in March of 2009, and is working with the Ocala Division. She has been a bookkeeper for over 20 years and owned her own bookkeeping and tax preparation company in Clermont Fl.
Paula is married to Eric and has two sons, Michael the oldest, is a Sergeant in the Marine Corps stationed in Japan with his wife Amanda. Scott, also in the Marine Corps is a Corporal and stationed with his wife Melissa in North Carolina. Paula’s hobbies include cooking, reading and going to the beach.

I started employment with the Bosshardt family August 10, 2005 after being employed over 17 years with another property management company in Gainesville. In my position, I meet very nice and interesting individuals working in property management. Each week there seems to be a new challenge to address. The Bosshardt family is a very supportive and caring people. When there is a problem they all join together to get the problem solved. I can honestly say that even though I had been with another company for over 17 years I really feel more like a family member within the Bosshardt circle then at the other company.
I have been married to a wonderful man, Philip, for over 35 years and we have one son , Quinn,of which we are very proud and honored to call our son. He has his own jewelry business in Orange Park and has 2 locations for his jewelry business. He is engaged to a delightful young woman ( who soon will become our daughter) and will be wed on November 7, 2009 in Charleston , South Carolina.
My favorite hobby's are collecting clossiane , creating flower arrangements and going to estate sales with my husband. Favorite past time is sitting on my porch and watching the wild life stroll through my yard. Deer , turkeys, an occasional bobcat in the early mornings.

I have been a member of the Bosshardt Family for a 11 years.
I have been married for over 25 years to wonderful man name Rene Leal, I have four wonderful children Rene Jr. and Steven Jason and Renee' Lillian. I have 4 beautiful grandchildren that keep me very busy. I have loved to sing since I was a little girl. I also love to spend lots of time with all the kids and we all love to cook out when we can. We all as a family each year since the kids were very little, go together and spend a week at the beach. I also enjoy taking cruises with my best friend Lanea Curl.
I owe a big part of my success to this great company. It has been a wonderful company to work for and I am still learning things each day. I feel so bless to be apart of this family and the great people around me. I look forward to many more years and I will continue to grow with the Bosshardt Family.-

I started working for Bosshardt Property Management in 1998. My mother in law Jeanie Curl let me know there was a position open in the Rental Division. I have been a member of the property management team for 11 years. I started at the property management front desk as the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. A few years later we started to grow and other divisions started to blossom. I was asked to get my Community Association Management licenses and I transferred to the Community Association Division as the bookkeeper and I managed one association. Later as the Property Management division had another growth spurt I transferred back to the Rental Division as the Operations Manager.
I have been happily married for 11 years to a great man Richard Curl and we have a wonderful son Logan Curl. My best friend is Daisy Leal. My hobbies are shopping, going on cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas, and ridding four-wheelers with my son and husband.
I have to say it’s an honor and a privilege to be a part of a company that has great loyalty and stability. I could not ask for a better quality of people to work with.

Joe has been with Bosshardt Property Management, LLC for over three years and has had over 50 years experience in the financial world, including executive officer positions with real estate investment trusts, mortgage banking companies, and as President and owner of his own property management firm in Miami for over 23 years. His main interests are his five children and ten grandchildren. His hobby is the collecting of Coca-Cola memorabilia.

Originally from Charleston, SC I have lived in Gainesville for 10 years now and I have been working for Bosshardt Property Management for the last 5 years which as been a joy and an experience.
I am blessed to be married to my wonderful husband Matt. I have a son Drew who is an awesome person and drummer. I am a part of First Assembly of God where Matt and I serve as small group leaders.
I love the beach, and to travel and see new places. I also enjoy watching good movies.
