Garry Griffin has brought an unprecedented level of knowledge and experience to the Bosshardt team since 1989. During his tenure, he has served as a Real Estate Broker, Marketing Director, and Sales Trainer. His many years of dedication and industry knowledge brings incredible value to our company and customers.
Alyssa Whitlock, a Florida native, has dedicated over eight years to the real estate industry, specializing in property management to deliver the highest standards of service and results. With a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and deep knowledge of property management and landlord laws, Alyssa leads our Gainesville and Ocala team in managing residential, commercial, and multifamily properties with precision and dedication.
Lanea Curl began her journey with Bosshardt Property Management 27 years ago. She has excelled in various roles, including administrative support, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager, before honing her expertise as our Director of Operations overseeing the Maintenance Division. Lanea is a true leader whose unmatched industry knowledge and dedication make Bosshardt Property Management feel like home.
Kayla Urban joined the Bosshardt team in February 2024 and has quickly exceeded all expectations. Known for her attention to detail and quick response time, Kayla expertly manages a portfolio of residential properties in Gainesville, as well as a multifamily property in Downtown Gainesville. She is a dedicated professional who brings exceptional service to every property she oversees.
Meet Jill Williams, our Commercial Property Manager! With more than 12 years of property management experience, Jill brings knowledge, boundless enthusiasm and a genuine passion for nurturing properties to their fullest potential.
Born and raised in Ocala and a proud University of Florida alum, she’s deeply rooted in Florida’s charm. From boating to beach days and jet skiing adventures, Jill embodies the Sunshine State spirit in all she does!
Meet Ashland – Originally from Southwest Michigan, Ashland earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Midland University in Fremont, NE. She gained hands-on experience in the real estate industry as an administrative assistant and worked with business operations at NP Dodge Realty in Omaha, NE. In her current role, Ashland supports leasing approvals, renewals, and day-to-day tasks, helping ensure a smooth experience for tenants and property owners alike.
Leslie joined our team in 2024 and has consistently gone above and beyond our expectations. Starting as an administrative assistant, she quickly advanced to become the Assistant to our Property Management team. Today, Leslie serves as the Rental Division’s Office Manager and oversees our accounts receivables/payables for our Residential and Multifamily properties playing a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable liaison between divisions, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
