During his tenure, he has served as a Real Estate Broker, Marketing Director, and Sales Trainer. His many years of dedication and industry knowledge brings incredible value to our company and customers.

Alyssa WhitlockDIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Alyssa Whitlock, a Florida native, has dedicated over eight years to the real estate industry, specializing in property management to deliver the highest standards of service and results. With a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and deep knowledge of property management and landlord laws, Alyssa leads our Gainesville and Ocala team in managing residential, commercial, and multifamily properties with precision and dedication.

Lanea CurlDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Lanea Curl began her journey with Bosshardt Property Management 27 years ago. She has excelled in various roles, including administrative support, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager, before honing her expertise as our Director of Operations overseeing the Maintenance Division. Lanea is a true leader whose unmatched industry knowledge and dedication make Bosshardt Property Management feel like home.

Ashland HoytASSISTANT PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Meet Ashland – Originally from Southwest Michigan, Ashland earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Midland University in Fremont, NE. She gained hands-on experience in the real estate industry as an administrative assistant and worked with business operations at NP Dodge Realty in Omaha, NE. In her current role, Ashland supports the Property Manager with Showings, leasing approvals, renewals, and day-to-day tasks, helping ensure a smooth experience for tenants and property owners alike.

Melany BatistaASSISTANT PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Meet Melany, our SW Assistant Portfolio Manager. Melany brings her property management and leasing experience to the team. Her background is specialized in Student Housing, with a record of exceeding leasing targets. With a passion for organization, attention to detail, and understanding of individual needs, Melany possesses the skills necessary to deliver tailored solutions. She has quickly begun to learn her role and is eager to seek new learning opportunities to continue growing with the team.
In her spare time, Melany loves to spend time in nature, being active, and reading.

Dinorah PantaleonCRICKET CLUB II PROPERTY MANAGER
With over 10 years of experience in property management, she has worked in leasing, assistant management, and property management roles, specializing in both affordable and conventional multifamily housing. Her background also includes experience with government agencies such as the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which enhanced her administrative and compliance skills.
Born and raised in Juncos, Puerto Rico, she enjoys kayaking in the springs, relaxing at the beach, and dancing to keep her spirits young.

Heather GonzalezCORPORATE ASSISTANT
Heather Gonzalez, a native of Gainesville, recently returned to her hometown after residing in Hawthorne, California, for the past eight years. Ms. Gonzalez contributes over 20 years of customer service experience and three years of property management experience to the team. She is dedicated, loyal, thorough, and possesses a keen eye for detail. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and endeavors to optimize every situation. Ms. Gonzalez enjoys spending quality time with her children and exploring Gainesville’s outdoor trails, as well as relaxing and camping at local springs.

Leslie WoodOFFICE MANAGER, BOOKKEEPER
Leslie joined our team in 2024 and has consistently gone above and beyond our expectations. Starting as an administrative assistant, she quickly advanced to become the Assistant to our Property Management team. Today, Leslie serves as the Rental Division’s Office Manager and oversees our accounts receivables/payables for our Residential and Multifamily properties playing a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable liaison between divisions, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
