Garry Griffin, CMCA, AMS, PCAMPRESIDENT
Garry Griffin has brought an unprecedented level of knowledge and experience to the Bosshardt team since 1989. During his tenure, he has served as a Real Estate Broker, Marketing Director, and Sales Trainer. His many years of dedication and industry knowledge brings incredible value to our company and customers.

Aaron BosshardtCEO
Aaron Bosshardt is a third-generation Realtor and owner, and a first-generation property manager. Aaron is an expert in business development, strategic asset management, real estate brokerage and property management. As broker-owner, Aaron has overseen more than 50,000 successful real estate transactions, including over two billion in closed commercial sales and leases. He is dedicated to maintaining a reputation built on quality, service, and uncompromising ethics.
Aaron has served as the Gainesville Multiple Listing Service President and IREM Regional Vice President, as a Marion County court-appointed receiver, and on the Executive Committee for Florida Realtors. Aaron is a CRB, CPM, CCIM, and an instrument-rated pilot.

Alyssa WhitlockDIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Alyssa has been working in the property management field since 2016. She has a wide range of experience in multi-family, commercial and single-family management including facilities maintenance. Known for strategic thinking and a hands-on leadership style, she has successfully overseen lease-ups, tenant retention initiatives, and capital improvement projects for both stabilized and new construction assets. Alyssa brings a collaborative, professional, and highly communicative approach to property oversight and owner relations. Her role with Bosshardt is to oversee the multi-family, commercial and single-family operations. She is also responsible for onboarding of new projects to ensure a smooth transition to going live. Alyssa also has expertise in marketing and oversees the marketing department. She is very experienced in social media, print and direct mail marketing.

Lanea CurlDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Lanea Curl began her journey with Bosshardt Property Management 27 years ago. She has excelled in various roles, including administrative support, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager, before honing her expertise as our Director of Operations overseeing the Maintenance Division. Lanea is a true leader whose unmatched industry knowledge and dedication make Bosshardt Property Management feel like home.

Ashland HoytNW PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Meet Ashland – Originally from Southwest Michigan, Ashland earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Midland University in Fremont, NE. She gained hands-on experience in the real estate industry as an administrative assistant and worked with business operations at NP Dodge Realty in Omaha, NE. In her current role, Ashland completes Showings, leasing approvals, renewals, and day-to-day tasks, helping ensure a smooth experience for tenants and property owners alike.

Heather GonzalezCORPORATE ASSISTANT
Heather Gonzalez, a native of Gainesville, recently returned to her hometown after residing in Hawthorne, California, for the past eight years. Ms. Gonzalez contributes over 20 years of customer service experience and three years of property management experience to the team. She is dedicated, loyal, thorough, and possesses a keen eye for detail. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and endeavors to optimize every situation. Ms. Gonzalez enjoys spending quality time with her children and exploring Gainesville’s outdoor trails, as well as relaxing and camping at local springs.

Leslie WoodOFFICE MANAGER, BOOKKEEPER
Leslie joined our team in 2024 and has consistently gone above and beyond our expectations. Starting as an administrative assistant, she quickly advanced to become the Assistant to our Property Management team. Today, Leslie serves as the Rental Division’s Office Manager and oversees our accounts receivables/payables for our Residential and Multifamily properties playing a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable liaison between divisions, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Brittany GreenOcala Property Manager
Brittany’s passion for real estate began through working with off-market properties in central FL, where she discovered the value of strategy, relationships, and investment growth. She brings strong organization, clear communication, and proactive oversight to every property she manages. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys traveling and exploring new places, which deepens her appreciation for her home and community
Gracie WileyAssistant
Meet Gracie – Originally from Tallahassee, she relocated to Gainesville in 2019. Gracie serves as the Property Manager’s Assistant and plays an integral role in supporting the team’s daily operations. In her current position, she assists with administrative coordination, tenant communication, and behind-the-scenes processes that help ensure a seamless experience for residents, property owners, and their managers. Gracie is currently working toward earning her real estate license and is passionate about continuing to grow within the industry. She is proud to be part of a collaborative team and values the professional goals she is actively building toward. Outside of the office, Gracie enjoys spending her evenings doing Pilates, spending quality time with her boyfriend, and volunteering at her yoga studio.
